Caring Hands have worked alongside other charities, including our sister charity Caring Hands Finland ry, to help with relief works previously. This comes in many different forms of help and below is an example of what we were able to do in conjunction with Caring Hands Finland ry last year.

During 2016, 21 people from Finland supported single mothers and orphans within 17 households by donating sponsorship to help with various needs including rent, accessing medical care, school fees, food and clothing to mention but a few.

​

Team members at Caring Hands Uganda were then responsible fir mobilising this sponsorship and items sent to the families in Uganda. The funds were then distributed to our beneficiaries in accordance with the wishes of the generous sponsors.
